We work to keep class times, programs, events and prices accurate, but they can change. Please confirm details with the school before you travel. Articles on the blog are shared for general interest and are not a substitute for in-person instruction.

Trial requests and inquiries

Sending a free-trial request or a message does not create a booking. A class is booked only once the school has confirmed a day and time with you.

Training and safety

Martial arts training is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Train within your limits, follow your instructors’ guidance, and speak to a doctor first if you have any health concerns. Do not attempt techniques described or shown on this site without qualified supervision.

Shop orders

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where online checkout is available, payment is processed by Stripe. Order requests sent through the form are confirmed by the school before any payment is taken. Contact the school about exchanges or refunds.
