- Do I have to be in shape to get started?
- Not at all. Beginner classes are the perfect way to build up your overall fitness, whatever your physical condition is today.
- Can I come and watch a class?
- Yes. Anyone is welcome to observe a class.
- Am I too old to start?
- You are never too old to start. Wing Chun is a practice that makes you stronger and a more critical thinker, at any age.
- Will I get hurt during training?
- Our training is designed to be as safe as possible. We focus on proper technique, controlled drills and clear communication between partners. Martial arts involves movement and conditioning that prepare you for real situations, but safety is always the priority. Contact is controlled to minimise risk, so injuries are very rare.
